Where do we ship to?
Currently we ship only within USA.

Order confirmation
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have your order in our system and we have started our order handling process.

Order Tracking
You will receive your tracking code in your email within 24 hours of your package leaving our warehouse.

Shipping costs
We offer free shipping for all orders.

Shipping Information
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation.

After your order is processed, free shipping takes about 5-10 business days to arrive at the destination.

Wrong address?
We cannot change the delivery address once the goods are on their way. If you would like to change the delivery location for your order, please contact us at support@pinchbox.com within 1 day of placing your order.

Delayed orders
If the maximum time for processing and shipping the order has expired and your order still hasn't arrived, don't panic. Please allow up to 2 additional days and remember to use your tracking code. If your package has still not arrived by then, please contact us with your order number. 

Damaged or incorrect orders
Have you successfully accepted your package, but there is damage or incorrect items? Please take photos of the problem, include a short explanation of what is wrong and contact us with your order number.
