Return and Refund Policy

Refund policy
You may initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your package. In order for your items to be eligible for a return or refund, they must show no signs of use and must be in its original packaging.

You can initiate the return process by contacting our customer service team at support@pinchbox.com. We will reach out to you with the return form and return address.

Return Policy for Final Sale Items

Due to hygiene reasons, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Undergarments
Costumes
Swimwear (if applicable)
Any Items marked as “Final Sale”

Exceptions:

We understand that sometimes products can arrive damaged or defective. In such cases, we will gladly offer an exchange or refund

Costs for returns
You are responsible for all return costs. This is why we suggest you use trackable shipping, as we will not be responsible for lost returns.

Damaged package?
If your package arrives damaged, please immediately take a photo as evidence of the package and its contents. Then send it to support@pinchbox.com along with your order number so that our customer support team can find a solution for you. 

Refunds:

When we receive and inspect your return, we will inform you by email whether we accept it. If yes, you can expect your refund within 7 days using the same payment method you used to order from our store.

If your refund has been delayed, contact your bank or payment provider. If the problem is not on their side, please contact us at support@pinchbox.com.
